We’re excited to announce the addition of the Spam Inbox feature—a powerful tool designed to help you manage and declutter your incoming leads effectively!

Why We Created the Spam Inbox

In the real estate industry, your inbox is the gateway to new opportunities. Unfortunately, it can also be inundated with unsolicited messages, spam, and irrelevant inquiries. This can lead to wasted time and missed opportunities.

To solve this problem, REALSTACK has implemented a Spam Inbox feature that filters out unwanted emails so you can focus on high-quality, actionable leads. This enhancement is part of our commitment to delivering smarter, more efficient software solutions for land brokers and agents.

How the Spam Rules Work

The Spam Inbox operates on a set of intelligently designed rules, including:

  • Email Validation: Our system checks whether the sender’s email address is legitimate, reducing the risk of scams and phishing attempts.
  • Contextual Keywords: Messages containing common solicitation phrases or unrelated business inquiries are flagged and redirected to the Spam Inbox.
  • Message Length: Suspiciously short or overly generic messages are analyzed and filtered, ensuring only serious inquiries reach your primary inbox.

Functionality of the Spam Inbox

Spam InboxThe Spam Inbox isn’t just a passive filter—it’s a fully functional tool designed to give you control and insight over your lead management. Key features include:

  • Sort and Order by Columns: Organize spam entries based on specific columns such as date, name, sender, and more.
  • Searchable Spam Inbox: Quickly locate specific entries using the built-in search function.
  • Filtering Options: Customize how spam entries are displayed to focus on the information that matters most.
  • Detailed Spam Entry View: Each spam entry includes key details such as the reason it was flagged as spam, submission info, and date/time.
  • Mark as Not Spam: You can manually mark an entry as not spam from the action menu by clicking “Restore.” When you do, the lead will return to the standard contacts list and, if applicable, be reassigned to the appropriate listing.
